Intro
The SIAM Health Assessment is based on the SIAM Body Knowledge which can be downloaded from www.scopism.com/downloads
It was created by almost 30 subject matter experts, including Steve Morgan from Syniad IT. All from different locations, different time zones, speaking different languages and all having different opinions and backgrounds. It’s independent and provides a view of an organisation maturity against key requirements to operate an effective SIAM operating model. There’s a self-assessment available at the Scopism website, and then there’s the full assessment which only accredited consultants, such as Syniad IT, can run.
