Our client, a Canadian-based consulting firm, asked for specialist SIAM support to assist them with one of their projects. Their client, a major transport organisation was looking to adopt a multi-vendor model based upon the SIAM framework.
What We Did
We deployed a SIAM specialist to work alongside the consulting firm’s own consultants, sharing knowledge, best practices and opinions. We supported them in the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a prospective SIAM vendor.
The client gave great feedback, recognising the value that our knowledge and experience brought to the project.
The RFP was issued to the market for response, and we were retained to continue to provide support to the project as it progresses through the evaluation, procurement and transition phases.
